  Made online delivery order tonight. Pizzas did not arrive. Called store for an update and was told due a "technical issue" the store did not receive my order.
  
  Was then told by a second member of staff that they did not make the order as they did not have a delivery driver. This second staff member told further lies: that they had called me about this (if they had, I would have understood and picked up the order but there was no call).
  
  I did not receive a refund (trying to get this through head office). They were unable to make pizzas for pickup because by the time I discovered the lies, it was closing time.
  
  Shameful service. Lying staff. If this is the level of ethics, imagine their attitudes towards food safety etc. This "restaurant" is an embarrassment to the local community.

  No wonder why you have such a low rating. But you can expect this when cheap c@&$s are being employed. Just teach them some manners before a bit of customer service

  I stood at the counter for 10 mins, none of the staff acknowledged the presence. The staff at desk, was throughout busy on phone. God knows why phone orders are more important than people standing in front of them.
  I ended up ordering online, while waiting to get attended.
  
  I roamed around, while my order gets prepared.
  
  Even after getting back, there was hardly anyone bothered to attend. The staff was still on phone, didn’t even bat an eye that a customer is there.
  
  I had to call out “ is someone there to attend “. It was then, I got my pizza and sides.

  Wish the experience was better..
  
  Most of the time that I order a pizza with special instructions like adding toppings or sauce swirls, the pizza unfortunately comes without them. The quality and presentation of pizzas are not par with Domino’s standards and I would only recommend going to this specific store as a last resort.

  Terrible customer service.
  
  The pizzas were poorly prepared, lacking topping and presentation.
  
  A desert item was left off.
  
  When we phone back, each time they either hung up, or placed call on hold for 1 hour.
  
  When I got through, I advised respectfully that an item was charged and not delivered, the staff member said, “we can’t just stop our business for you, we have other customers”, then hung up again.
  
  I called again and she said, “my bad” as well as “and?”, with attitude when I asked what could be done.
  
  Terrible - never order from this place. You guys definitely put the No in Domino’s.

  Worst customer service by store manager. I paid extra for the fetta cheese but he didn't put on the pizza and when we try to talk with him hr started talking rudely even im their regular customer
